SPL is proud to announce we have received a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise certification from the North Carolina Department of Transportation! As we grow our service area, we also grow our list of certifications. We serve our customers with not just fuel, but also ease of reaching their compliance targets. In the Tarheel State we are offering gasoline, diesel and propane. We carry both the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) certification and also the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification.
